Director Mrs Balwinder Kaur MA B.ed

Mrs. Balwinder Kaur has done BA (English Literature and Psychology), B.Ed( English and S.St ) and MA English (Applied Linguistics) from Punjab University Chandigarh She has a teaching experience of over 15 years. She has attended training from British Council Delhi, IDP, and PTE. She is also trained to conduct CELPIP training which is a fairly new test in India.
As a student of Bachelor of Education, she secured first prize in Indo- American Skill in Teaching competition along with the first position in Skill in Teaching at University Inter zonal level. She is trained for conducting Jolly Phonics Classes – a well known British Brand and globally accepted phonics training methodology.
As a certified Psychometric Testing resource person, she has worked with many schools and institutes. To pursue her passion for training she started Future Smart Institute after serving some renowned institutions and working freelance. Currently, she is the director of Future Smart Institute Khanna.
